I'd like to share my experiences with you. I have severe chronic back pain. I have been living with it for several years. Now there have been times when I take a break from working out.. Or I hurt myself or whatever and take some time off working out.. Let me tell you I feel SO much worse when I don't workout.. I mean like 10 times more pain. For real.. Not messing with you!
Its something I have had to learn myself.. When I do something every day.. I feel so much better and my pain is so much more manageable. I mean Walking, Yoga, Pilates, just Stretching, anything that gets you moving..

Every little thing helps your body.. And once you start you will find that slowly you will be able to move more.. Do more things! Which is one of the most amazing feelings in the world!
